Seven Birds Ice Cream scoops Connecticut-made ice cream and its own custom flavors from a walk-up window at the center of the Village — the natural last stop after dinner at any Village restaurant, and a summer landmark for families leaving Mystic Aquarium.

Established in 2022, Seven Birds Ice Cream opened up window service in Olde Mistick Village serving local Connecticut made ice cream and our own custom flavors.
